I work with active people who have had injuries or physical problems and they're scared they'll never be able to do the things they love. I offer a wide range of modalities that deal with the physical and mindset challenges and help them get back into action so they can stay active for the rest of their lives.
I guide people to learn about themselves and take charge of improving their lives. I give them tools to uncover habits that limit their performance, recover lost function, and discover new possibilities for joyful and powerful performance.
My clients have often tried other approaches and have only gotten so far. They want more. They want a distinctive, holistic and individualized approach that helps them do better, move better, and feel better. They take charge with the tools and strategies they learn with me and apply them to all aspects of their lives and with other members of their wellness and performance support team.
